We’re named one of the 2018 World’s Most Ethical Companies

By Ellen Cooke

With news around the world focused on harassment, the need to speak up, and the importance of individual freedom and corporate integrity, we couldn’t be prouder to receive Ethisphere’s distinction as one of the 2018 World’s Most Ethical Companies. It’s our eighth time being recognized and we’re committed to continue doing the things that raise the bar even higher.

“Ethics and compliance really matters to us, and our ethical culture is the foundation of how we do business. That’s a testament to the commitment of every employee at every level striving to do the right thing, every day,” says Keith Hutchison, Senior Vice President, US Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer.

Ethisphere recognized us – and the companies we’re honored to stand alongside – for things like continuously making employees aware of reporting avenues, leaders modeling and promoting ethical behavior, and employees stepping up to do the right thing.

Says Bill Holzhauer, Director, US Ethics & Compliance, “In addition to our reporting channels, our wide range of employee communications, and strong leadership support, we have a thriving and growing Ethics Liaison Network with individuals across the business available to their coworkers. Ethics & Compliance is also woven into the fabric of everything we do and our corporate values.”
