We can help customers manage their winter bills
If a normal winter arrives, National Grid’s customers in NY can expect to see a drop in their bills compared to last year’s forecast. However, the weather is always a variable, so National Grid is leading customers to web-based Bill Help landing pages to help customers manage their energy costs. Regional pages have been set up in all service areas, three for New York customers: Upstate NY, NY-Long Island, and NY-Metro. And to drive customers to the site in UNY, there are two radio spots on the air (one / two) through mid-December.
