The following is what was heard over the loudspeaker and read to the crowd while Tim Sullivan received his well-deserved award:

Tim has been instrumental in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders  with regards to pipeline safety and promoting overall safety to the very communities where we as National Grid live, work and play.

He has developed and launched National Grid’s pipeline safety digital media platform which supports our customers and communities during major events, including storms, by providing timely updates and important safety information.

Tim’s commitment to safety for our customers and communities has led to the successful engagement of our first responders across all New England in driving awareness and completion of National Grid’s award-winning First Responder Utility Safety Training Program. Tim is an asset to our company and our customers and for all this and more, he is our Hometown Hero.
