“Thank you for a job well done”
An Overhead Lines crew in western New York received high praises from a very happy customer in Stockton. Jeff Jamieson, Larry Luba and Chris Koszuta showed such kindness and professionalism that it prompted the customer, Dan, to send the following:
“Are all your crews as professional and courteous as the three who replaced the pole at our house? We are very pleased. The workmen were courteous with me and professional in doing the work. They were even kind to the neighbor’s dog that came down to see what was happening.
Everything is tidy with the dirt in place and nothing left from old parts or even tracks in the lawn. Thank you for a job well done.
Director of Overhead Lines in Western New York, Jim Letcher, praised the crew of three as well. “We appreciate letters like this from customers. The crew did a great job and they deserve to be recognized for it,” he said.
