Slips, trips and falls have decreased over the past few years and part of that is due to the use of the Slippery Surface Simulator throughout the service territory. Kirk Hurme demonstarted how the simulator works last week to Spectrum News reporter Matt Hunter in Albany, NY.

According to statistics gathered by the company, slips, trips and falls have decreased by 28 percent over the past few years across National Grid’s U.S. service area.
