Pretty in pink!
US employees in offices, yards, out in the field and at customer and community events proudly donned their pink hard hats (and baseball caps) this October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This is the third year of a rapidly growing event where employees and departments across the company donated to the American Cancer Society for breast cancer research with each hat purchase. Together with a company match, employees’ generous contributions totaled more than $110,000!
The pink hard hat campaign now joins United Way and Hunger Action Month as key community initiatives under our Power to Serve umbrella employee volunteer program.
