Renewable solutions from STEM students
National Grid New York President Ken Daly paid a visit to Tech Valley High School‘s Bio-Engineering ninth grade class this week to listen to their presentations on how they would propose achieving New York State’s goal of reaching 50 percent renewable power by 2030.
“I learned a few things from these student presentations and it is great to hear how they would solve this challenge,” Daly said. “I look forward to seeing these students as National Grid employees in the coming years.”
National Grid supports STEM education and programs like Tech Valley High School to encourage interest in science and technology.
