Customer employee survey

The leadership team is conducting a short survey on how to improve our service to National Grid’s customers.

The survey will help us understand how customer-focused our business is today and get ideas on how we can support you to serve our customers going forward. I appreciate your participation – we expect the survey to take about 5 minutes. The survey will be open until Friday, August 26.

For the purposes of this survey, please focus on our external gas and electric customers, rather than internal clients, regulators, or other key stakeholders.
