Connecting customers with resources for their energy needs
During a recent Customer Expo our Consumer Advocates were doing what they do best, educating and assisting customers. Our Advocates provided customers with information about their bills, and discussed programs, services and other resources available to assist them with their energy needs. HeartShare Human Services, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Con Edison were also on-hand to answer questions about the programs and initiatives they have to offer.
Customers also enjoyed a personalized tour of the Sustainability Hub.
