Bob Terjesen receives impressive Common Ground Alliance Award

Bob Terjesen was awarded the prestigious Jim Barron Award from the Common Ground Alliance. The award is given every year to an individual or organization that has shown true dedication to efforts that enhance underground damage prevention.

Bob has been instrumental in working closely with the Common Ground Alliance, where he served two 3-year terms as co-chair of the Data Reporting & Evaluation Committee which analyzes damages across North America to raise awareness about safe digging and implementing best practices to help reduce damages to our vital underground infrastructure. Bob has starred in two Dig Safe videos, one of which won two awards in 2018; the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Award and the GlobalTrend video award. (watch the video below)

We are very proud of Bob’s accomplishment and the success rate in decreasing damages with his efforts and the Dig Safe campaigns.
