Asian Leadership Association (ALA) publishes its first-ever cookbook

By Domenick Graziani

To cap-off a robust Asian Pacific Heritage Month in May, which featured virtual live cooking demos, webinars, yoga and meditation sessions, our Employee Resource Group Asian Leadership Association, or ALA, published its first-ever cookbook.

The recipes in the book, 56 in total, feature dishes from Korea, India, China, Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Taiwan. And it even has some American dishes as well – all from your fellow National Grid employees.

So, as you’re struggling to come up with what to cook during the pandemic, look no further than this cookbook, which contains main courses, appetizers and condiments.

ALA’s Chair Doug York says, “As you go through the recipes and have any questions about a particular recipe, please reach out directly to the contributors. Let the cooking begin!”
