2014 Employee Opinion Survey
The employee opinion survey is now closed – thank you to all of you who took part. As of Friday lunchtime 64% of you had participated. We will have a final response rate once all of the paper copies have been processed. The results will give us a great insight into what you think about working at National Grid and what we could be doing better.
So what happens next? Over the next month we will be working with Towers Watson, our external survey provider, to analyse the responses, and these will then be shared across the business on Monday April 7. Your manager will work through the results with you and help you understand how to feed these into your action planning.
